We keep this simple. You give us your data to apply for our beta program. We use it to run that program. We don't sell it. We don't share it with third parties for marketing. That's it.

1. Who We Are

Her Next Level (HNL) is operated by Katharina Kock and Cosima Schelle GbR, based in Germany. We are the data controllers responsible for your personal data.

2. What Data We Collect

When you submit an application through our form, we collect:

First name
Email address
Age range
Country / location
Current job or field
Business status (idea, existing business, or none)
Available time per week
Your answer to the open question ("What's holding you back")
How you found out about HNL
Whether you opted in to our newsletter (yes/no)

3. Why We Collect It & Legal Basis

Beta selection (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — Contract performance)
We process your application data to evaluate your application and, if accepted, to run the ATHENA beta program with you. This includes sending you the weekly workbook, program materials, and call invitations.

Newsletter (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR — Consent)
If you ticked the newsletter opt-in box, we will send you updates, resources, and news about HNL. You can withdraw this consent at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or by contacting us directly.

4. How We Store Your Data

Your application data is stored securely. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to evaluate your application — we read every application ourselves.

We retain your data for the duration of the beta program and up to 12 months after its conclusion. After that, we delete it unless you have given us a separate reason to keep it (e.g. ongoing newsletter subscription).

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We may use third-party tools to manage applications and communications (e.g. email providers). These tools are contractually bound to handle your data in compliance with GDPR.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Withdraw consent for newsletter at any time
Object to processing
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tools on this site.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes, we will notify active beta participants by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
